Ultrasonic spatula has two basic applications in cosmetics, namely ultrasonic skin peeling and importing active ingredients from cosmetics into the skin. Ultrasonic peeling removes surface impurities as well as dead skin cells. The results are clean pores and easier blackhead removal.Another basic application of the ultrasonic spatula is the introduction of active ingredients into the deeper skin layers. This procedure is known as iontophoresis and works on the principle of mild electricity (negatively charged ions help to ingest active ingredients). Negatively charged ions help penetrate the active ingredients deep into the skin. Ultrasonic spatulas can be used alone or in combination with other treatments.
